Profit Sharing

We’re all in this together, and we all share in the company’s success. After you’ve been with RJS for 90 days, you become eligible for profit sharing.  RJS invests a percentage of company profits each and every year to its valued employees that help make RJS success possible each and every year.  A company sponsored profit sharing program coupled with a traditional 401k Retirement program ensures that every RJS employee will have a viable path to retirement savings.
