RJS Technician Arrives on Site

Real Time Check In

When our technician arrives at your facility, he checks in on RJS Mobile, which automatically captures the exact time and his exact location using GPS technology. Our technician also notifies you that he has arrived.

Field Service is Performed & Recorded

Service Transparency

Our technician inspects your facility and performs remediation services, as needed. Every recommendation and pesticide application is recorded, including supporting high-resolution images that explain challenging service areas. Once service has been completed, our tech presents the service report to you for approval.

Electronic Report Sent

Instant Delivery

As soon as you sign off on the service report, our technician will email an electronic version (PDF) of the report to you, or to up to 10 contacts/colleagues you have identified.

Online Customer Portal
