We hope through this blog series to help you understand what we do, and how we do it in an effort be of better service to you and your valued customers.

What We Do And How We Do It.

So what to we do, and how do we do it? Well, that’s a complex question, but to put it simply let’s explain the core of our approach. RJS follows what’s known in the commercial pest control industry as the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. Basically this means that our methods follow an effective, yet environmentally sensitive approach by using biological, organic, cultural, and chemical methods in controlling pests. IPM pest control methods are recognized as best practice in our industry with the goal minimizing hazards to people, property and the environment. How does this work? Well, simply, it works extremely well because IPM, when implemented properly, covers the most important aspects of prevention and control before pests gain a foothold and become a problem. If there already is a problem, our goal is to use the most effective yet least toxic method for effectively solving any pest issues . We at RJS believe that commercial pest management is about the safety, health and peace of mind of our customers. We achieve this by implementing sophisticated IPM principles on every client visit.

Over the course of this blog series we will explain in more detail how RJS uses IPM techniques and practices in its approach to the whole spectrum of pest problems that our clients encounter in their businesses.
